As Complex Proposal Manager at OneTel GEM® (Government Education Medical), I developed clean, organized, and visually impactful layouts for Zayo® long-form proposals. These proposals, created in response to RFPs from the K-12 education sector under the E-Rate program, clearly communicated Zayo’s fiber optic infrastructure and network services. The designs transformed technical content into accessible and engaging formats, making it easier for stakeholders to understand and act on the information provided.

Over a year, I completed more than 150 proposals tailored to specific requirements and compliance standards. By implementing a modular design system, I streamlined production workflows, reduced turnaround times, and enabled greater flexibility in accommodating client needs. This approach ensured that every proposal delivered clarity, professionalism, and strategic alignment, contributing to increased submissions and contract success rates.
