As Complex Proposal Manager at OneTel GEM® (Government Education Medical), I developed clear, concise, and visually appealing layouts for all Zayo® long-form proposals in response to RFPs from the K-12 education sector as part of the E-Rate program. These proposals are designed to educate and inform school districts about the solutions offered by Zayo® fiber optic infrastructure and network services. Over a year, I produced over 150 unique Zayo proposals, each tailored to meet specific requirements for narratives, technical copy, illustrations, logical diagrams, and relevant documentation to meet eligibility standards. The intuitive and modular design approach I implemented has accelerated proposal development and production, increasing the capacity to pursue more sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Since adopting this version of the long-form proposal layout, submissions, and contract awards have increased yearly.
