After establishing the new brand identity for General Implement Distributors® (GID), I turned my attention to redesigning the GID stationery collection to align with the refreshed branding. The updated collection included letterhead, envelopes, vendor line cards, program flyers, new dealer onboarding folders, and business cards for all associates.
The redesigned business cards stood out as a key success, receiving exceptionally high praise and strong demand across the organization. I ensured the cards reflected GID’s renewed professionalism and identity by modernizing the design to be more visually appealing and on-brand. Beyond aesthetics, the new design also achieved significant cost savings. While the legacy business cards cost $73.00 per associate for 500 cards, the updated design reduced the cost to $42.00 for the same quantity, resulting in a 42.47% cost reduction.
This initiative enhanced the visual impact and consistency of GID’s branding and delivered measurable, long-term savings, demonstrating my commitment to combining thoughtful design with strategic, cost-effective solutions.
